EMDR is an effective trauma therapy. With the use of bilateral stimulation, EMDR attacks negative beliefs such as “I am bad”, “I am not good enough”, “I should have…”, “I am powerless”, “I am not in control”, and many many more. EMDR is effective for PTSD, anxiety, and trauma-related issues, helping clients move forward in life.
