Dealing with the stresses of growing up in this day and age can be difficult for our kids. There are so many pressures and expectations that can lead to anxiety and depression. Sometimes teenagers have challenges that do require outside professional help. Deborah has worked with this population for over 12 years and specializes in helping youth overcome the challenges they are facing today. Parents are involved and necessary in treatment. We start by assessing the situation, then create treatment goals tailored to each teen’s needs. Deborah will work with each teenage client in the way that best fits their personality to reach them in ways that maybe others cannot.
